Additional Booking Requirements.

A Security and Damage deposit of 5.000,00 EUR, is requested for this property. The amount has to be paid together with the final payment. After complete inspection of the property, the deposit will be refunded on your account, if no damage is done.

Area information

Booking policy

To confirm your booking, a guarantee deposit of 40% of the total booking price has to be paid. Final Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. When a booking will be made 45 days or less before arrival date, full payment is required. Before arrival a Security and Damage Deposit is required, after complete inspection of the property the deposit will be refunded, if no damage is done.

Note: Please be advised that your booking is completed untill we have received full payment of the booking price.

Cancellation policies and fees

A cancellation of your reservation must be confirmed in writing. When your reservation is cancelled, the payments you already made will not be fully refunded to you, and additional fees will apply. If the cancellation is received before 60 days of the arrival date, 10% of the booking price will not be refundable. When a cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days 50% of the booking price will not be refundable and cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival are Non-Refundable.

We strongly advise you to have travel insurance with cancellation cover for this purpose.
